Learn-to-Row, Corporate Challenge, Youth Development, High School, and Collegiate Novice. 

Journey 1, 2, 3 is a system of teaching materials including an Instructor's Guidebook and participant manuals, that

enable you to offer a truly professional program, secure in the knowledge that all the basics are covered. Your

members and guests will learn everything they need from your instructors using the Journey 1,2,3 skills program to be

able to enjoy rowing safely.

The program is divided into three stages:

Journey 1 starts right at the beginning and assumes absolutely no knowledge whatsoever. It covers the basics of safety, equipment, terminology, grip and technique.

Journey 2 develops these themes for rowers who have now been in a boat and
adds a section on fitness. 

Journey 3 takes the participant through to be able to compete in his/her first race.
